Unless otherwise noted, all materials, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, on the GrouP thirty3 website are the property of GrouP thirty3 and are protected by United States and international copyright laws.
We believe in transparency regarding the technical ownership of the projects we build. This section governs the rights transferred to the Client upon project completion.
Upon full payment of all fees associated with a project (including Launchpad, Creative, or Impact packages), GrouP thirty3 grants the Client a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and modify the website for the Client's business purposes.
IMPORTANT: Unless a "Transfer of Intellectual Property" agreement is explicitly signed and the associated fee is paid, GrouP thirty3 retains full legal ownership and intellectual property rights to all underlying source code, markup, stylesheets, custom scripts, and development frameworks used to create the website.
This means that while the Client has the right to use the website to run their business indefinitely:
The Client retains full ownership of all text, images, trademarks, and data provided to GrouP thirty3 for inclusion in the website. We claim no ownership over your specific brand assets.
We understand that some businesses require full ownership of their digital assets for valuation, investment, or security purposes.
Clients may request a Full Intellectual Property Transfer. Upon agreement and payment of the IP Transfer Fee (typically calculated as a percentage of the total project cost), GrouP thirty3 will assign full ownership rights of the specific codebase to the Client. Following this transfer, GrouP thirty3 will forfeit the right to reuse unique custom code created specifically for that project.
