Welcome to GrouP thirty3. By accessing our website, utilizing our "4-Hour Website Preview," or purchasing any of our development packages (Launchpad, Creative, or Impact), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

A. Services

GrouP thirty3 is a freelance web development team providing custom web design, front-end and back-end development, branding strategies, and digital storytelling services.

B. The "4-Hour Website Preview"

We offer a complimentary "4-Hour Website Preview" to prospective clients.

Ownership: Any designs, code snippets, or mockups created during this free preview remain the sole intellectual property of GrouP thirty3 until a service contract is signed and a deposit is paid.
No Obligation: You are under no obligation to purchase after the preview; however, you may not use, reproduce, or distribute the preview materials without our express written consent.

C. Payments & Refunds

Pricing: Prices for packages (Launchpad: $250, Creative: $500, Impact: Starts at $700) are subject to change based on specific project requirements.
Deposits: A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your slot in our development queue.
Final Payment: Full payment is due upon the completion of the project and before the final transfer of all credentials and code.

D. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed upon in a specific client contract:

Client Content: You retain all rights to the text, images, and branding you provide to us.
Agency Code: GrouP thirty3 grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the website code for your business operations upon full payment.

2. Privacy Policy

At GrouP thirty3, we believe in authenticity and trust. We are committed to protecting your privacy.

A. Information We Collect

We collect information you voluntarily provide to us, including:

Personal Details: Name, email address, and business details when you request a "Redeem Preview" or contact us.
Project Data: Content and credentials necessary to build your website.

B. How We Use Your Information

To deliver your requested services and communicate project updates.
To send you the "4-Hour Website Preview."
To improve our internal development processes.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others.

C. Third-Party Tools

Our websites and development stacks may utilize third-party tools (e.g., CMS platforms, analytics, hosting services). Please review the privacy policies of any third-party vendors included in your specific project stack.

3. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

A. "As Is" Basis

Our services and website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for perfection in every line of code, GrouP thirty3 does not warrant that our site or the sites we build will be uninterrupted or error-free forever.

B. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall GrouP thirty3, its lead developer Muntasir Bergam, or its affiliates (including IXE BERG MUSIC LABEL) be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service.

C. Development & Hosting

While we provide post-launch support as detailed in our packages (1 week for Launchpad, 1 month for Creative, 3 months for Impact), we are not responsible for issues caused by third-party hosting providers, domain registrars, or client modifications to the code after hand-off.

4. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
