Nothing contained within these operational frameworks, recruitment channels, or initial tracking modules shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, agency relationship, or structured employer-employee hierarchy.
1.1 Autonomy of Execution
Contractors retain baseline control over the methods, timing, hardware, and creative processes utilized to hit the milestones laid out in individual Statements of Work (SOW). The brand exercises review authority solely over final quality metrics, systemic security compatibility, and intellectual alignment with the master release schedule.
2. Intellectual Property Rights Matrix
Except as otherwise explicitly outlined in an individual, countersigned SOW, all assets created under engagement—including web code, streaming extensions, digital signal processing algorithms, audio stems, mixed masters, visual layouts, and promotional metadata—are categorized as "Work Made for Hire" under international copyright statutory frameworks.
2.1 Complete Transfer Elements
In scenarios where specific regional or technical jurisdictions do not automatically classify assets as Work Made for Hire, the contributor irrevocably transfers and assigns all global rights, titles, and interests to ixe berg music. This assignment captures:
- Mechanical, reproduction, and digital synchronization rights across all current and future streaming nodes.
- Modifications, updates, alternative stems, re-samplings, and cross-platform derivation limits.
- Moral rights of paternity and integrity, waived to the maximum threshold allowed under prevailing statutory parameters.
Notice on Unsolicited Submissions: Materials transmitted outside of a formally executed SOW or structured candidate evaluation pool are processed as open, non-confidential feedback strings. The company assumes zero liability or compensation mandates for parallel internal deployments of similar concepts.
3. Compensation, Financial Milestones, & Gas Fees
Disbursement parameters are tied to the verified closing of milestone phases defined inside the target agreement. No advances or partial payments are authorized through the applicant interface unless written exemptions are attached.
3.1 Invoicing Protocol
Independent entities must issue structured digital invoices to the HR operations center. Approved values are distributed within thirty (30) business days via the designated corporate banking clearing houses or authorized digital asset ledger networks. Contractors assume isolated, exclusive accountability for tracking all applicable regional self-employment, income, sales, and localized value-added tax frameworks.
4. Non-Disclosure & Ecosystem Safeguards
Collaborators will gain clearance to non-public operational data streams, including unreleased wave master files, cryptographic asset identifiers, algorithmic user routing paths, and beta interface code bases.
4.1 Continuous Protection Mandate
The recipient agrees to enforce military-grade physical and digital access controls over all shared company data. 5. Termination Protocols & Deprecation
ixe berg music retains the right to cancel any active SOW, application review phase, or development token for convenience with fourteen (14) days of written electronic notice, or immediately for cause.
5.1 Conditions for Cause
Immediate termination for cause occurs under the following parameters:
- Breach of ecosystem confidentiality or system security protocols.
- Failure to hit the target metrics specified inside active production roadmaps.
- Actions that jeopardize the brand's streaming catalog standings or digital service provider distribution paths.
Upon deprecation or contract closure, the contractor must instantly return or securely shred all local instances of proprietary assets, unreleased sound files, and access credentials.
