Operational Privacy Node

Data Shield & Privacy Policy

How our internal human resources ecosystem processes, insulates, and respects applicant telemetry.

1. Information Vectors Collected

When you interact with the recruitment branch of ixe berg music, we retain specific professional data points voluntarily surrendered by you. This includes your name, portfolio assets, streaming links, dynamic email addresses, and resume credentials.

Additionally, our routing servers log technical metadata such as inbound UTM parameters (tracking your arrival path from our social links), browser configuration states, and temporary application session variables.

2. Data Processing Infrastructure

The talent acquisition node processes your incoming profiles strictly for organizational decision-making. Your metrics are handled to manage interview configurations, evaluate creative alignment with active projects, audit outreach marketing, and secure entry mechanics into onboarding tiers.

3. Third-Party Restrictions & Zero-Sale Protocol

We enforce a rigid data isolation framework. Your candidate telemetry, resume data, and private streaming coordinates are never shared, leased, sold, or exposed to commercial data miners or independent advertising broker networks.

Access is restricted to internal operational stakeholders managing the ixe berg talent pool.

4. Retention & Asset Purging

We hold candidate profiles and application metadata in our active directory only as long as necessary to fulfill evaluation timelines and analyze recruitment channel conversions. Unsuccessful application datasets or sensitive unreleased audio blueprints can be completely purged from our staging servers upon written demand.

5. Talent Rights & Controls

You hold total dominion over your operational data footprint. You maintain the right to view the personal information records saved within our database nodes, correct inaccuracies, or prompt an absolute record deletion from our active staging environments at any junction.
