Following our announcement to sunset ixe berg music, we have compiled the most frequently asked questions regarding your accounts, files, and legal rights.
Why is ixe berg music shutting down?
After several years of operation, we have decided to close our doors to focus on new creative ventures. We are incredibly proud of the music we've helped create during this journey.
What happens to my purchased beats and licenses?
All licenses (Lease and Exclusive) purchased before the shutdown date remain valid in perpetuity. Your legal right to use the music under the terms of your original contract does not change.
How long do I have to download my files?
The Artist Dashboard will remain accessible for file downloads until December 31, 2026. We strongly recommend downloading all stems, masters, and contracts immediately.
Can I still order custom beats or mixing?
No. New orders, bookings, and custom production requests have been disabled to ensure we can fulfill all existing commitments before the final closing date.
What happens to my personal data?
In accordance with our privacy policy, all user account data not required for legal/tax record-keeping will be securely deleted 60 days after the final server decommissioning.
Will my music be removed from streaming platforms?
No. ixe berg music does not own your released tracks. Your music will stay on Spotify, Apple Music, etc., as long as your own distributor keeps them active.
